What are the dynamics of the course?
100% hands-on.
The objective of the course is to provide hands on training and to experience practical tools. For this purpose, each participant previously chooses a topic to develop a 2-minute high-impact presentation (it is a free subject, like a work presentation, personal story, anecdote, project... everything is worth it!).
Playful Learning
Throughout the meeting you will participate in different exercises and dynamics that will help you get out of your comfort zone and achieve more effective learning. Some of the exercises include theater tools, mindfulness, vocalization, and improvisation among many more.
Interactive
Each person is a universe of stories and the interaction with others enhances our vision and helps us to recognize strengths and opportunities. During the day you will have moments of individual work, in pairs and collectively.
Outcome
At the end of the meeting, each participant will have developed a two-minute high-impact talk (TED model) which they will present to their peers and coach to receive feedback and recognize all the achievements of the day.
